(Armengol de la Mota 37 · Metro Guadalmedina)Starting at the end of December.Visit our website:www.Whatsup.EsThe Head of Studies manages the didactic team, plans class scheduling, and sets the tone for the highly social environment which characterizes our centres.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage, train, support, and supervise the didactic teamto ensure the professional growth of teaching staff; Schedule timetablesin response to the demand for classes detected in your centre; Teach classes, depending on staff levels in your centre, andsubstitute/find a substitutionto cover classes when a teacher is ill/on sick leave; Quality controlthroughongoing training, weekly staff meetingswith the didactic team,class observations, andstaff appraisals ; Liaison with consultantsandcreate good rapport with the studentsto receive feedback about classes and teacher performance and solve any problems related to change of level/e-campus/class times/complaints; Coordinate teacher holidays/Saturday rotas/school bank holidays; Coordinationandweekly meetingswith management on various aspects (Director/Didactic Service Manager/Centre Manager); Promote the Have Fun Open Activities(events) that the school organizes and ensure that the didactic staff is prepared for the events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
