Head Of Strategy - [R412]

As the Head of Strategy, you will:

Be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-performing Strategy team including project delivery, stakeholder management, growth, and career development.
Frame complex business questions at the intersection of Corporate Strategy, Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Commercial.
Work with all of Toqio's business functions to design, model, and present solutions to our business questions.
Perform qualitative and quantitative market research and ad-hoc analyses to inform our management team's decision-making.
Lead the implementation of new strategies and processes and see the impact of your work end-to-end.
Execute on project plans; monitor project delivery and support change management processes.

Requirements:
Experience required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance, or related fields.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering, or an MBA from a top school.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Outstanding presentation, story-telling, and change management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Proven team management skills.

Spanish language.
