The Opportunity Join Aggregate Industries as the Head of Strategy Development, where you'll drive the strategic direction and growth of our organisation.
You will lead and develop a high-performing strategy development team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and nurture high levels of engagement.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the formulation and execution of strategies that will enhance our competitiveness and operational effectiveness.

Lead the exploration of new sectors and market opportunities Develop and oversee the company's portfolio, ensuring we are always aligned to our long term objectives Collaborate with sector-specific teams to drive initiatives and enhance the company's capabilities and market positioning in target areas Identify white spots and hot spots to guide investment lifecycle decisions within the portfolio Develop an insight management framework that captures and leverages strategic intelligence effectively Play a critical role in the budget planning processes, contributing strategic insights and market forecasts Develop the execution of the medium term plan, aligning budget and resource allocation with company goals Monitor and report on the execution of strategic initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve goals. Analyse emerging markets, technological advancements and regulatory changes to assess business opportunities Who You Are You are an analytical and visionary professional with a proven track record in market analysis, portfolio management and strategy development, with the ability to interpret complex market data.
Academically, you have studied Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, ideally you will have an MBA or an advanced degree.
