We are looking for a Head of Sportsbook with an excellent knowledge of sports betting products from both an end user and operator perspective, including:Strong market knowledge and experience in the Sports betting industryThird party content feedsFront end display and functionalityBet acceptance and settlement processesRegional product differentiationsTHE CHALLENGE:Lead a group of industry expert Product Managers and Product Owners and drive/motivate the product team by continuous career progress.Own end to end product strategy in line with Metric's product vision and become the first point of contact to the C-level team.Be the ambassador for the product and the primary contact for queries relating to the product.Build and maintain a high performance, data-driven, diverse & collaborative product culture.Continuously improve execution velocity by creating effective collaboration models, processes, and operations.Research the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior, and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market leading products.Develop solid relationships with third-party technology suppliers including gaming platforms and content providers.Ensure that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem solving and trade off analysis when necessary.Work with the development team and monitor the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.Participate in demonstrations of software releases and collect feedback on improvements for future development.YOUR PROFILE:At least three years of experience working in the gambling industry.Strong understanding of sportsbook operator or B2B setting, as well as customer experience of using sports betting products.Experience with the regional differences of sports betting products and regional compliance knowledge.Proven record of building strong product teams and performance management.Self-motivated with high energy.Ability to translate complex, technical ideas into simple forms.Sets standards and works closely with others to ensure they are met.Good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle, with experience of Agile methodologies.Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams to deliver a common goal.Experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.Experience in defining road maps and prioritizing project backlogs
