As Head of Global Social Media, you'll build the foundation of all our Global Social Media communications through leading innovative and creative marketing campaigns designed to engage and excite our audience. You'll drive planning and execution of campaigns across global social channels and bolster our community management efforts across new and existing users to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

What you'll be doing Developing and executing a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with Revolut's business goals and brand voiceLeading and mentoring a team of social media managersIdentifying all the approachable and hottest social media resources relevant to our global audienceIdentifying key social media trends, platforms, and opportunities to expand our reach and engagementCollaborating with the marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and product launchesBoosting organic growth by bringing creative strategies on the tableGrowing profiles on social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn & FacebookManaging social media content and tracking performance on a daily basisWorking together with copywriters, designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality content creationPreparing seasonal, weekly, and monthly reports, and monitoring progressLeading the response to social media crises and reputation management issues, ensuring timely and appropriate communicationWorking closely with the customer support team to address and resolve customer complaints on social media platformsWhat you'll need 5+ years of social media management experience, including 3–4 years of leading high-performing, global social media teamsProven track record of scaling social media followers across a variety of channels, with a focus on driving engagement and growth in competitive marketsProven track record of managing social media for a global brandExperience managing social media for established global brands, ideally in fintech, technology, or similarly regulated industriesExpert-level proficiency in social media listening, tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout) to drive data-driven strategies and optimise content performanceDemonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple regionsExperience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple regionsAdvanced knowledge and experience in social media listening and trackingBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
