The role oversees all the aspects related to Security, Safety, Health & Environment and site management including real estate management, capex projects, maintenance, engineering, workplace management and on-site services (ie: canteen, mailing, internal events etc.) in compliance with local requirements and global Roche standards.You foster collaboration across teams, ensure fit for purpose facility and future site needs by delivering state-of-art solutions and excellent on-site services.
