Are you a seasoned engineering professional ready to lead maintenance and operational excellence at a pharmaceutical laboratory? We are seeking a Head of Site Engineering & Maintenance to ensure the optimal design, execution, and maintenance of our utilities, equipment, and facilities. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our Site Master Plan and drive operational support for small to medium-scale projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Leadership: Ensure effective maintenance management, design, and execution across all utilities, equipment, and facilities.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to building the Site Master Plan (Investment Strategy, Long Range Plan) and oversee the execution of small and medium projects.
Service Excellence: Provide compliant, performance-focused service, offering expertise and guidance across technical areas for key business groups and projects.
Plant Maintenance Strategy: Develop a plant maintenance strategy aligned with business goals, including strategies for resources and spare parts.
Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs, diagnose issues, and prepare corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency.
Staff Management: Coordinate and supervise assigned staff, overseeing timely repair completions.
Cost Management: Analyze costs, monitor asset utilization, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Comprehensive Oversight: Manage facilities, power supply, utilities, equipment, and control systems, ensuring budget preparation and spending control aligns with site needs.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all applicable standards related to labor legislation, quality protocols, environmental respect, and workplace safety.
Talent Development: Actively support the company's talent management initiatives to foster growth within the team.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure all protocols are followed, from PPE usage to occupational hazard prevention.
