These new regulations impact Seller Experience and increase costs for sellers to operate in Europe. Therefore, the mission of the Environmental Compliance team is to grow sellers' business sustainably and globally by removing compliance friction through 360 seller education and seamless compliance Seller Experience for our end-to-end products by building profitable services with trusted partners.
As Head of Seller Engagement, you will: Own the message across our legislations and implement it via the seller engagement specialists.Create mechanisms to do more with less by improving productivity, a/b testing different messaging and optimizing our engagement pitch to maximize impact.Drive seller engagement communication strategy for environmental compliance regulations.Define and track the metrics and goals needed to measure conversion and increase success in the program.Proactively identify gaps or blockers from associates to de-risk Head SPs.Actively seek ways to improve seller engagement strategy on process efficiencies and effectiveness.Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.Manage a team of managers and associates.A day in the life: Work with our de-risking managers to support their strategies, support your engagement team managers in their Seller outreach (1:1), and optimize messaging and other content to improve output.
