.Head of Seller Engagement, EU 3P Tax & Trade ComplianceDESCRIPTIONIn EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience (SX), constrains selection and jeopardizes GMS. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.Environmental Compliance manages all regulation Sellers have to be compliant to drive sustainability and protect 3P Business starting from 2 regulations in 2022 to 45+ by 2025 covering 10 EU countries. Those new regulations impact Seller Experience and increase cost for sellers to sell in Europe. Therefore, the mission of the Environmental Compliance team is to grow seller's business sustainably and globally by removing compliance friction through 360 seller education, seamless compliance SX for our end-to-end products by building profitable services with trusted partners.As Head of Seller Engagement, you will own the message across our legislations and implement it via the seller engagement specialists. You will create mechanisms to do more with less by improving productivity, a/b testing different messaging and optimizing our engagement pitch to maximize impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, passionate about data and Seller Experience, and has excellent business acumen, operations, and communication skills.
