The role reports to the Managing Director for Spain and Italy, with a dotted line to the European Director of Education and works in collaboration with the central functions and the schools' leadership teams.As Head of School Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes across our schools in Spain and Italy. Working closely with school leaders, teachers and other stakeholders you will identify areas of improvement, design evidence-based interventions and monitor progress towards our improvement goals.
