About theRole Are youpassionate about driving positive change in education? Do you possess theleadership skills necessary to inspire and guide educators towards excellence?If so, we invite you to join our team as the Head of School Improvement. Therole reports to the Managing Director for Spain and Italy, with a dotted lineto the European Director of Education and works in collaboration with thecentral functions and the schools' leadership teams.

As Head ofSchool Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementingstrategies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes across our schools inSpain and Italy. Working closely with school leaders, teachers and otherstakeholders you will identify areas of improvement, design evidence-basedinterventions and monitor progress towards our improvement goals. In this roleyou will also support the integration of new schools.

You will be a strategic thinker who can analyse complex data,identify trends, and develop targeted interventions to drive meaningful change.The successful candidate will possess a growth mindset, continuously seekingout new ideas and best practices to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Youwill be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to build strongrelationships with diverse stakeholders.
