This includes all activities, functions, and policies to ensure students and adults are kept safe both physically and mentally, enabling them to learn without barriers. Foster an open culture and inclusive atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another and focuses on learning and improvement.Learning and Embedding Quality: Empower teachers to focus on the quality of learning, working in partnership to ensure progress towards the 9 criteria in the Learning Improvement Process. Support school's accreditation(s) and external reviews. Facilitate professional dialogue about learning and teaching, inspiring a shared commitment to improvement.Leadership and Development: Lead the school with vision, empathy, and integrity. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the school and ISP organization. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, building high-caliber leadership teams.Vision and Strategy: Focus on the ISP Vision of Schools of Choice. Create and lead strategy in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with ISP Purpose and Principles.Marketing, Admissions, and Communication: Articulate the vision and story of your school and ISP, engaging with target audiences effectively. Work closely with ISP regional marketing to optimize branding and ensure a personalized admissions experience.Commercial Success and KPIs: Nurture and grow the school as a business, co-creating and taking responsibility for delivering on targets and KPIs. Monitor and communicate progress towards financial goals.Partnership with ISP: Work in partnership with ISP, valuing its role as a trusted advisor. Balance school interests with ISP vision and strategy.Partnership with Parents and Carers: Build effective relationships with parents and carers, focusing on communication and feedback.
