Position Overview: Directly reporting to our Director of functional design, we are looking for a Head of Scaled Agile to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing scaled agile frameworks within a global organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can design, implement, and run the scaled agile operating model, ensuring seamless collaboration across our global Scrum teams. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of the scaled agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, or other) tailored to the specific needs of our technology capability.Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Release Train Engineering that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Agile team members.Drive the agile transformation across the technology teams, ensuring adoption of agile principles and practices at all levels.Continuously assess and improve Agile processes, practices, and tooling to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the release trains.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency across all technology teams globally.Facilitate key events and ceremonies, such as PI (Program Increment) Planning, ART syncs, and retrospectives.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the agile transformation and provide regular updates to senior leadership.Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, PMP) are a plus.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in agile project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role implementing and managing scaled agile frameworks in a global environment.8+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing Agile Release Trains or equivalent.Product-centric mindset, with experience in SW B2B products.SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalent certifications.What do we offer: Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!Hybrid working model up to 2 days from home.
