HEAD OF SALES PERFUMERY CHAINS, COTY CONSUMER BEAUTY BUSINESS You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to develop and execute sales strategies for Coty's Consumer Perfumery Channel , build strong customer relationships, and lead a committed sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES As our HEAD OF SALES PERFUMERY CHAINS, COTY CONSUMER BEAUTY BUSINESS, you are responsible for managing the Perfumery channel of accounts for 50% of total Coty's Consumer Beauty business.
Managing top accounts , being accountable for the strategy, budget, team, sales targets and market shares in the channel, while maintaining alignment with the company's vision and values.
Your main focus:
Channel strategy definition and implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Align sales objectives with overall business goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Lead company projects in the market.
Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.
Omnichannel approach.
Lead and develop the perfumery sales team: Lead, coach, and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.
Customer relationship and go to market management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Oversee and get involved directly when needed in the negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions.
Manage and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
Ensure optimal brand and product placement, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor distribution to ensure product availability, efficient logistics, and timely delivery.
Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts in alignment with financial goals and market conditions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing areas for improvement.
Identify risks to achieving sales targets and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

The team consists of 3 Key Accounts Managers, and you will work closely together with several departments such as marketing, trade, field, supply chain and finance. All your colleagues are passionate for the beauty industry and what they are doing.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT You are a highly driven sales professional with an innate passion for beauty. As an experienced, well-rounded and talented HEAD OF SALES PERFUMERY CHAINS, you enjoy planning and working on strategies while leading a sales team . You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
You have minimum 7 year-long experience in (Iberian) FMCG business, Beauty or Personal Care market (highly -desirable).
Experience leading sales teams and understand the Iberian market.
Strong leadership, motivational and team building skills.
You are a talented communicator and have remarkable negotiations skills.
Your have an analytical mindset which is combined with a proactive approach to problem solving.
You describe yourself as autonomous, passionate and ambitious.
