Here are some of the responsibilities and skills we value: Job Description: You have the ultimate responsibility for managing sales and marketing activities in Belgium.

You participate in the development of the organization's strategic plan and assume full responsibility for the P&L.

You determine the results to be achieved, monitor them and make timely adjustments if necessary.

Thanks to your analytical skills, you are responsible for optimizing your organization.

You develop investment plans in accordance with company guidelines.

You exchange best practices with other sites (local/international) in order to achieve the set objectives.

Key skills: You hold a master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent experience.

You have at least 10 years of experience in the field, with extensive experience in a leading commercial role.

You have experience in an industrial context and in an international company with a matrix structure.

You have strong human resources management skills that enable you to advance your team.

You have a good dose of entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of responsibility and you have the will and perseverance necessary to continue developing your business.

You are flexible, you have good communication skills and you know how to get the idea of ??a new change across.

With experience in sales, you are a trusted person for customers and can react proactively to market trends.

You speak and write Dutch, English and French fluently.
