Head Of Sales & Marketing Madrid Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES Our client is an innovative spirits company, currently expanding their business on an international basis.Functions:Define and implement the commercial business plan to launch new products on an international basis.Responsible for sales and marketing strategies for the European and Asian markets.Define, plan, and develop relevant plans for the market, focusing on ideal product positioning and strategy, working jointly with stakeholders.Define and manage the budget for the designated area.Develop and maintain existing business with key distributors.Define distribution strategy and ideal route-to-market, analyzing competitors and identifying new business opportunities.Measure the ROI for marketing activities.Lead client negotiations.Supervise relations with marketing and design agencies, aligning with the brand plan and jointly defining communication plans and strategies.Report to the board and define KPIs.Our ideal candidate will have:University Degree and ideally MBA or similar.10+ years of experience in a similar role within the industry.International experience and knowledge of key distributors in Modern Trade and On Trade.Experience managing brands and marketing teams.Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.Crossover mindset.Proactive, results-oriented, team player.Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.Proficient in English.Willingness to travel.Sales and Marketing experience in MASS COMMODITIES.
