From large-scale print to small-scale digital, you're in safe hands with our agile team of experts.Dogma is seeking a Head of Sales located in Spain to be part of the design team:You will:Manage all sales team.Work with the operations team to develop sales strategies.Improve and develop sales materials.Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to the right people, and by being the right person when clients reach out to us.Act as the initial bridge between Dogma and new business leads, introducing our company and capabilities alongside an amazing collection of award-winning cases.Identify areas of new opportunity and design strategies and market leadership to expand within the account.Provide qualified leads with inspiration and information needed to consider Dogma as the best production partner for their next project.Develop business for key regions and accounts, maintain a contacts list of relevant clients, and update Hubspot in an accurate and timely fashion.Act as a strategic partner throughout the process who understands clients' brand and business needs, developing an ongoing roadmap for continued success.Deliver against monthly and annual targets, helping to grow business accounts into long-term success for all parties.You have:5 years of experience in a similar position.C2 English level.Understanding of the objectives and roadmap of the company.Ability to lead the creation of proposals for complex deals and projects.Experience in managing the start of important relationships.Understanding of the objectives of global brands and media organizations, and the ability to convince clients that our capabilities help them hit their KPIs.Strong presentation skills to showcase our cases, capabilities, and culture to (potential) partners.A passion for the content and innovation markets and adeptness at following trends and discussing their impact on companies and products
