We were born in *Tech Barcelona *where we established one of our main offices.We are currently looking for a Head of Sales in Valencia. (B2B - pymes)Our partner, a growing spanish start-up with 50 employees, needs to hire a Head of Sales with experience in scale ups and team coordinationThe role:Define and monitor commercial key performance indicatorsDrive continuous improvement in commercial processes, methodologies, and tools, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performanceBe responsible for driving revenue growth from new business and achieving our ambitious sales targets in the Spanish market.Implement an effective sales forecasting and reporting system that ensures accurate and timely insights into the sales pipelineBuild, manage, hire and mentor a jr and hunter sales team.Must haveBe an exceptional sales leader with a hands on profile.
