This is a remote position. A Spanish Digital Bank that is on its way to launch a new credit card product is looking for a Head of Business Development / Head of Sales. Different ways of partnership are available: Consulting, advising, project work, or a full-time job.What you will do:You will be responsible for the acquisition of good quality clients to our lending products, such as, in the first hand, revolving credit card, personal loans, refinancing products, and others which we may consider in the future.Find ways to attract customers without any cross-selling programs for already existing clients.Grow business in Spain, creating with us a modern digital bank.Requirements:Excellent knowledge of the banking area in the Spanish market (knowledge of the UK market will be an advantage).3+ years experience in promoting lending products such as credit cards or personal loans (for individuals).Experience in a senior/middle management position, e.g. Key Account Director, Head of Sales, Head of Retail, Head of Business Development, etc.Ideally experience in dealing with direct client acquisition in online or offline channels, but acquisition via POS products or partnerships/co-brand can also be interesting (Spanish market only).Fluent in English or Spanish.
