They are a modern-day firm that focus heavily on the well-being of their workforce.Salary and Benefits€68,000 paExtensive benefits packageThe RoleRecommend risk management strategies to senior management.Advise management on the establishment of a comprehensive framework for identification, monitoring and measurement of market, operational and credit risk.Identify the various risks arising out of the company's operations.Develop tools for or evaluate risk.Suggest various strategies to the senior management to avoid, mitigate or transfer the potential risk.Work with senior management on the implementation of controls and compliance activities across the company, arranging peer review, participating in audit preparation as necessary.Establish procedures for controlling & monitoring various risks prevalent by establishing limits and conducting audits or reviews as necessary.Ensure adequate systems and procedures are in place for compliance.RequirementsMaster's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.15 years' experience of working, preferably in an investment/financial institution.Minimum 3 years at the managerial level.Minimum 2 years in the Spanish market.Excellent leadership and management skills.Ability to deliver on commitments within tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal confidently at a senior management level.Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Knowledge about the local and international stock market risk management functions.Knowledge of a wide range of controls and compliance activities.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Skills Provision is an ethical international recruitment agency; as such, our adverts donot discriminate with regards to age, race, gender, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and nationality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
