Head of Retail Marketing
We are looking for a Head of Retail Marketing to define, plan and execute the (retail) marketing strategy. You will succeed in the position elevating the customer experience in our retail and wholesale spaces and assuring the best execution of retail marketing plans. You will also coordinate all marketing and communication needs in the context of store and accounts openings to promote and establish Camper at new locations. The ideal candidate is a marketing expert with comprehensive retail experience and excellent organization skills.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global retail marketing strategy aligned with the overall brand objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with product launches, promotions, and other key business activities.
Brand Positioning & VM: Define and communicate the brand's value proposition across retail channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral and visual merchandising guidelines to enhance brand presence in retail spaces.
Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the in-store customer experience, driving customer loyalty.
Implement data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
GTM: Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns, including events and collaborations.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing retail marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence.
Requirements Proven work experience of minimum 3 years
Understanding of retail processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Degree in marketing, business or relevant field
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English language
Abilities working with ambiguity
