You will work globally collaborating with product leads and managers of customer success, sales, marketing, and country managers.Job Description: What does the role of a Head of Research do at DocPlanner?
Create the global research strategy working closely with VP of product.
Work closely with top managers and leaders to map the potential areas for further research.
Provide strategic insights for all the business areas and top executive leadership to influence strategy and product development (CPO, CEO level).
Have the full scope of user knowledge related to all our business areas (patient, clinic, individuals) and ensure those are incorporated into product teams and other departments in the company.
Develop and manage a team size of more than 15 researchers and managers in our > 400 people product area.
Prioritize research projects by having in mind the bigger picture to impact the business and product strategy.
Think broadly about potential directions for the set of markets we operate on to continuously iterate research strategy.
