Join Our Growing Rentals & Property Management Team! Marbella Dream Living is seeking a highly motivated and organised Head of Rentals & Property Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties, from tenant relations to maintenance and everything in between. Responsibilities: Advertise and fill vacancies in our rental properties Negotiate and enforce lease agreements Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors Conduct regular property inspections Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records Ensure properties comply with all local and state regulations Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or a related field (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic Valid driver's license (preferred) Ready to Launch Your Property Management Career?
