Head of Renew Solutions Strategy and Digital Transformation | (I548) Sant Cugat del Vallès, CataloniaAs the Head of Renew Strategy and Digital Transformation, you will be a member of the executive leadership team of the Renew Solutions organization. You will lead several functions within a multifaceted organization, responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the success of the Renew Solutions Business (Sourcing, Remanufacturing, Financing, Remarketing). You will be fully accountable for the designated organization's long-term success and overall contribution to broader company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Renew Solution E2E strategy aligned with the organization's overall vision and goals, emphasizing sustainability as a core principle.Drive alignment with the GBU and GTM strategies and build partnerships to ensure thorough execution.Provide strategic guidance in merger and acquisition activities related to Renew Solutions.Contribute to developing the organization's long-term business plans, incorporating refurbishment and remanufacturing strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and circularity goals.Lead digital transformation efforts, leveraging digital technologies to enhance sustainability practices, operational efficiency, data analytics, and customer experience.Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy and plan to engage internal and external stakeholders regarding refurbishment and remanufacturing initiatives, emphasizing sustainability.Formulate and integrate the CoE organization, structure, teams, and processes seamlessly within the Renew Solutions Organization.Serve as an influential member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall corporate strategy, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental stewardship.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.10+ years of experience in refurbishment and remanufacturing, ideally within the electronics industry.Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in process optimization.Excellent project management skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.Job - Business Planning
