Vestas Technology & Operations>Service Quality> Regional service quality MED Responsibilities Guiding, defining and implementing strategic quality initiatives in sub-regional service organization.Advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics, while providing recommendations for improvement.Ensure the quality performance is understood by sub-regional service, and support service in reaching their quality business goals.Sub-regional service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues.Ensure quality is maintained through a setup on the sub-regional Service sites.Support sub-regional service Turbine Quality Audit (TQA) program to identify issues leading to turbine's downtime and hitting LPF & LDs.Support service in reducing CoPQ, with focus on LDs, LPF, Service overdue backlog.Support quality training and awareness activities in the sub-region.Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner.Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor. Competencies Communication, cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations.Expertise and understanding of service quality processes.Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions.Fluent in English and Spanish.
