About the Job As the Head of Recruitment, you will lead our recruitment team with the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth through operational excellence and a relentless focus on both commercial outcomes and team development. The recruitment team is at the centre of our company, so your impact and presence will be one of our keys to success. You will be a visible leader, inspiring enthusiasm and fostering a positive, high-performance culture while ensuring that our recruitment operations align with our vision and goals. Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Team Development: Lead, develop, and inspire the recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, commercial acumen, and continuous improvement. Operational Management: Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting placement and candidate satisfaction targets. Optimize processes, particularly around CRM systems, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic Growth: Drive strategic and tactical plans for recruitment operations, aligning with the company's broader goals. Work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance funnel performance and achieve quarterly and yearly targets. Cultural & Commercial Development: Be a proactive leader who contributes positively to the company culture, emphasizing a business-focused mindset across the team. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics, review performance data, and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators such as candidate placement rates and team utilization. Onboarding & Career Development: Ensure new recruits are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team. Provide ongoing career development opportunities for team members, helping them grow from Junior to Senior International Recruiters, and beyond.
