At MAHLE, we are looking for a Head of Quality Management to lead the quality team in ensuring compliance with customer and certification requirements.Responsibilities:Identify, define, and manage quality and process improvement projects.Support management and process reviews at plant, regional, and profit center levels.Contribute to the analysis and reduction of non-quality costs.Establish audits and management reviews.Coordinate and support quality checks in the factories.Improve quality processes and awareness.Optimize problem-solving processes.Lead quality reporting.Support training initiatives.Represent MAHLE in customer discussions.Conduct recourse talks and negotiations.Ensure quality planning in new projects.Define the quality strategy.Plan capacity and succession.Optimize overall quality performance.Lead local task forces when necessary.Requirements:Engineering degree with a degree in business or operations.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; German & French is a plus.Approval of Q-Gates in development projects (APQP).Experience in quality function for automotive mechatronics sector.Experience in production, quality, SQA, project for a major Tier one supplier or OEM.Knowledge of ISO standards and customer management skills.Problem-solving certification and > 5 years of relevant experience.International assignment experience is valued.What MAHLE offers:Attractive salary package.Assistance with administrative processes for candidates from abroad.Flexible work schedule with possible home office.Continuous training and growth opportunities.Join a fast-growing team in an innovative company.Work for a well-known brand in the Automotive industry.Experience a multicultural working environment.If you are ready to be part of our success, please contact us at ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
