We are committed to excellence and efficiency in everything we do.What is the job about?The Head of Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing the Quality Management Systems. You will act as coordinator of the relative aspects of product quality and plan internal audits, support external audits, manage non-conformities and ensure compliance with the organization's procedures.What will you do?Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/quality technical issues from the business team and customer.Perform Quality Inspections as per defined standards.Ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product, and process).Provide feedback and coaching to Operations & Support Functions on Quality issues.Actively participate in process improvements.Manage internal and external audits (9001, 9100).What profile are we looking for?We need you to have:Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.Experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems.Experience managing a team.Fluent in written and oral English and Spanish.It will be an added value if you have:Experience in international projects.5+ years in a supervisory, lead or management role.ISO9001/ISO 9100 trained Auditor (Registered Lead Auditor preferred).What do we offer?Within a full-time position, you will be part of a passionate team, have opportunities to learn and promote.
