We realize synergies and cultivate innovation.Function : As the Head of QA, you will be responsible for:Leading the QA team, managing performance, objectives, and budget of the function.Accountable for the overall strategy and implementation of the global Quality Assurance framework, including measuring Allianz Technology's customer experience and satisfaction, global QA continuous improvement cycle, and ownership of QA dashboards.Serving as the escalation point for senior business executives across the organization on Quality Assurance topics.Ensuring adherence to global Allianz Technology policies and frameworks.Requirements : You are the person we are looking for if you have:People management, team management, and budget management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive management.Knowledge of various customer satisfaction measurement programs and quality assurance management.Knowledge of IT services, service management, portfolio service management, and service level adherence.A higher education degree in IT or Business Management or comparable education.8+ years of relevant work experience as an executive/management in IT/Technology organizations and experience in program management for large and complex organizations.What we offer?
