Role mission: CUBE has an exciting opportunity for a talented Head of Off-Shore Publishing Operations.
The role will directly report into the Chief Customer Officer to assist and manage the prioritization and delivery of regulatory content across various streams as well as implementing change to maximize optimization and efficiency in offshore operations.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to make an impact within a global, scaling business and the role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage teams, streamline workflows, and drive innovation in publishing practices.
It is expected that the successful candidate will be onsite across all CUBE's offshore hubs (India, Sri Lanka, and Philippines) every month to attend meetings in person.
Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of content capture and processing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize publishing processes, improve efficiency, and meet business goals.
Operations Management & Delivery: Oversee the production schedule, ensuring SLAs / deadlines are met and delivered on time and within budget.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all published content.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Introduce new tools and methods to enhance publishing operations.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times across offshore operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Data Quality and Engineering, to ensure alignment and support for publishing initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage the budget for the publishing operations department, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
