Join our winning team to head up our new Research and Insights Practice Area, with the opportunity to build a high-performing research team around you. In this new position, you will work alongside our managing directors to co-create and build out the research function for Human Edge. Identifying, defining, scoping, setting up, and managing research projects for thought leadership, value creation, marketing, and strategic initiatives.Your contribution- Leverage and expand upon current industry research- Scope and manage research studies to answer key questions that create new insight into leadership, expert, team, and organizational development along with growth mindset- Develop the Human Edge research strategy and procedures- Draft surveys or other data-gathering tools as needed- Select and leverage appropriate research technology/tools (e.G., R, SPSS, etc.)- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses- Write up technical documents which may include research methodology, findings, tables, and graphics- Write blogs and articles based on the research conducted, tailoring these to different audiences- Work with graphic designers and data visualization experts to create final publicationsQualifications- PhD or Master's in social science with a heavy research component (e.G., Psychology, Sociology, Economics, etc.)- Minimum of 5 years' experience conducting industry-specific research- Knowledge of client and marketing aspects in relation to conducting and publishing research studies- Highly analytical and intuitive, with the ability to identify and critically review relevant academic and industry research- Effective communicator and storyteller, with the ability to make the complex simple and compelling to multiple audiences- Collaborative and creative problem solver, with excellent attention to detail- Experience working with psychometric assessments (e.G
