You lead a small team of product managers and work closely with customers, the sustainability GTM team, the sustainability experts as well as the product organization at Celonis.Your tasks:Understand the market direction, emerging customer needs, features, and functional requirements and take the existing product vision to a strong and differentiated level, ensuring product-market fit.Define the immediate and mid-term strategy and roadmap for Celonis sustainability products with a strong focus on customer value. Analyse the market and partner landscape to find potential new partners with compelling technical capabilities; manage the existing product partnerships.Establish team operations and processes to ensure focused roadmap execution; understand product feedback, set priorities, plan sprints and capacity, develop team capabilities, remove blockers and provide technical support and oversight.Oversee product launches from product finalization, to pricing, messaging, positioning, communication and enablement. Develop a product analytics programme to measure adoption and success of sustainability applications and implementations, set targets and report on progress.Manage internal and external stakeholders (PnE organization, Business Apps teams, AI teams, product marketing…), campaign for priorities, influence decisions and promote our positioning as a thoughtleader.Oversee co-innovations for customer-driven product development; form strong customer relationships.Support sustainability GTM efforts with expertise, customer community programmes and a value-driven product roadmap.Be an active part of the sustainability leadership team, contribute to team development and strategic projects (sustainability report, hackathons, events…).The qualifications you need:5+ years of experience in Product Management at a SaaS company, including team leadership experience. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products. This includes product lifecycle management, requirements engineering, agile practices, product analytics and stakeholder management.Experienced understanding of business sustainability challenges and available solutions plus strong vision for innovation needed, particularly related to supply chain decarbonization & traceability. Ability to analyze the market, conduct user research and position Celonis process-driven solutions.Have a solid understanding of process mining and concepts about how process intelligence can be applied to help companies overcome sustainability challenges. Experience in creating and executing product roadmaps that drive business growth and customer value.Technical affinity to successfully partner with product and engineering teams and other internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with YAML are a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership, hands-on mentality and willingness to work in an innovative incubator setting with limited resources.Strong and effective communication and influencing skills and stakeholder management, with business sponsors, technical resources, and customers; confident presentation skills; fluency in both spoken and written English (other languages are a bonus!).Experienced people leader with purpose, empathy and ability to motivate and empower a team to drive innovation and customer value.Passionate about helping customers solve business and sustainability challenges.
