Head Of Production

Description OBJECTIVES Be responsible for planning, organising, integrating, directing, controlling and feedback the operations of the production area of the plant, ensuring compliance with the production plans, efficient resource management and within established productivity and quality standards.
Take responsibility for the analysis, planning and execution of plans involving new production projects.
Monitor the production indicators established for the plant.
FUNCTIONS AND TASKS Organization, management and control of productive areas ensuring compliance with production plans, with efficient management of resources and within pre-set productivity and quality standards.
Analyze, organize and execute new production projects.
Plan, secure and report on productivity, setting general objectives and using key indicators.
Ensure the alignment of productive priorities with the priorities of other areas, through fluid communication and teamwork with the directors of other Departments.
Actively participate in continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new actions related directly or indirectly to productivity and collecting and channeling ideas from your team.
Management of work teams, training needs and optimization of human potential.
Lead a team of 40 people.
Requirements ACADEMIC BACKGROUND Minimum: University Desirable: Industrial Engineering SPECIFIC TRAINING Office level advanced.
General knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
Lean Management.
Knowledge of mechanics.
English, advanced level (negotiation).
