Job DescriptionAs a Head of Product at lastminute.com, you will:
Own and build a product strategy that fulfills the company's vision and objectives.Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to be the best version of themselves, taking care of their career journey and improving together every day.Provide strong guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Build strong relationships with the different stakeholders.Monitor the performance of the main KPIs.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.QualificationsThe ideal candidate would have most of the following:
Have been working as a product person in a digital business for at least 5 years, of which 3 are as the manager of product managers. Preferably in the area search, product detail page, and checkout.You have experience in leveling up a team of product managers.Solid hands-on experience as a Product Manager. You have a proven record of delivering products that customers love.You are passionate about solving problems that matter. You ask why, you team up with the research team and you dig into the root causes of a problem.You are always eager to learn. You know industry thought leaders such as Marty Cagan, Eric Ries, and Terresa Torres.You are a data-driven and highly analytical problem solver. You use OKRs and KPIs to define your strategy and to measure progress.You have the courage to be bold and make difficult decisions.You are fluent in spoken and written English.Additional InformationOur company is distributed across major European countries, in a multicultural environment where the Pink spirit gets lived boldly through async comms and live remote events, as well as hybrid office gatherings.
