The position is located at our headquarters in Pamplona. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a product marketing strategy that aligns with our broader business goals. This includes positioning Veridas as the leading player in the biometric and identity verification space, and ensuring that our product offerings meet market needs.
Main responsibilities:Bridge Teams: You'll act as the key connector between our product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. You'll work closely with the product team to understand the latest features and innovations, with sales to ensure they have what they need to close deals, and with marketing to ensure we're delivering the right message to the right audience.Be the Market Expert: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive movements. Whether it's analyzing emerging trends, keeping an eye on competitor strategies, or identifying shifts in customer expectations, you'll turn these insights into actionable strategies that position Veridas ahead of the curve.Drive Impactful Product Launches: You'll oversee all product launch initiatives, from go-to-market planning to execution. This includes working cross-functionally to develop compelling messaging and positioning, setting clear sales objectives, and ensuring our products resonate with key audiences in different regions.Empower Sales Teams: You'll play a vital role in enabling our sales teams by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and content they need to succeed. This could range from creating product demos, training programs, and sales decks to developing in-depth competitive analysis and market insights. You'll ensure the sales team is ready to deliver a powerful, consistent message to customers throughout the buyer's journey.Create Customer-Centric Strategies: Your deep understanding of our customers will drive the development of messaging and positioning that speaks directly to their pain points. You'll continuously refine these strategies to ensure we're not just meeting customer needs today, but anticipating where the market is going tomorrow.Measure What Matters: Success is measurable, and you'll be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of our product marketing efforts. Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in technology-driven sectors like biometrics, identity management, or cybersecurity.
