As the Head of Product Marketing, you will ensure the growth of Preply Business ensuring that our Product resonates with a well identified target audience across our core geographies. You will be part of the growth team, with close collaboration with Sales, Product and User Research.
What you'll be doing: Identify and Prioritize Target Segments: Collaborate with our Data and SDR/Sales/Account management teams to iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prioritize target segments and geographies. Craft Compelling Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. Continuously iterate on messaging through A/B testing to optimize conversion across our sales segments. Create Sales Enablement Content: Produce high-quality sales enablement, starting with our pitch deck, materials tailored to different customer segments and geographies. This includes battlecards, case studies, best practice articles, email sequences, scripts, and more. Align different stakeholders: Ensure that our product evolves toward what resonates with our customers - including Product, Supply (our tutors), and Methodology teams. Iterate on key aspects of our offering: Collaborate with the revenue operation team on Pricing and Packaging. Analyze and Iterate: Capture insights on why leads are not converting and leverage this information to refine ICP and Buyer Persona definition. Stay Competitive: Keep abreast of developments in the language learning industry and B2B SaaS best practices to ensure Preply remains competitive in the market. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize the volume of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). What you need to succeed: A proven track record of 5+ years of SaaS product marketing, sales or sales enablement experience preferably in series B/C companies. Proficiency in collaborating with data and sales teams to define and iterate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Experience aligning with mature Product teams to ensure product evolution aligns with customer needs. Experience partnering with the sales team, reviewing performance metrics, discussing challenges, and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey positioning, messaging, and sales content effectively. Team management experience.
