The product is a leading player in the online dating scene, renowned for its commitment to mindful connections.With a user base of over 15 million across key regions like the United States, UK, Canada, France, and Australia, it offers a refreshing alternative to traditional dating apps.
Its methodical matchmaking system provides users with one carefully chosen match per day, emphasizing quality over quantity.Your main tasks will be:Develop and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, and iterate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction.Manage human and financial resources.Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key business and product goals.Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to key stakeholders.We expect from you:Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections, entertainment industries) on international markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1 countries, Europe).Previous P&L management experience is a must.Leadership experience managing teams of 20+ people.Financial planning, product pitching.Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy.Demonstrated success in achieving positive unit economics, product profitability, and key metrics boost.Experience scaling businesses.Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to take ownership of the final outcome.Background in product analytics, UX/UI design skills, market research would be a significant plus.Fluent English language proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
