Head Of Product Development (Systems Architect)

Hobson Prior is working closely with a Medical Technology Organisation who is seeking a Head of Product Development (Systems Architect) based in Barcelona. This role will focus on overseeing the technology landscape of the product, developing system/software architectures and requirements for products, and managing their risk files throughout the product life cycle. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Key Responsibilities Oversee the technology landscape of the product. Develop system/software architectures and requirements for products. Manage risk files for products throughout their life cycle. Requirements Experience in developing class II or III active medical devices. Familiarity with FDA/ MDR regulations and standards such as ISO13485, QSR, ISO14971. Previous experience with electrical and/or mechatronic systems. Bachelor's and master's degree in medical technology, engineering, sciences or a similar field. Fluency in English.
