As Head of Product Design, you will establish the design direction of the firm and the different products of the company, lead an amazing multi-disciplinary team of designers, which includes UX and UI, and create impactful product experiences for both our customers and internal stakeholders.You will be accountable for:Leading and taking responsibility for all product designs of the company, establishing all phases of customer-centric product design, including discovery, research, prototyping, conceptual design, and usability testing.Setting a design vision on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.Leading and developing a product designer team.Establishing strong relationships with Product and Tech teams, and other cross-stakeholders to achieve the best user-centric product.Connecting the design leadership to the strategic vision of the company.What will you need to have?At least 4 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary product design teams.Strong experience working on technological products in a startup environment.Previous experience working side by side with Product and Tech Teams.Solid experience in Product Design.Strong experience in leading and managing a team.English is a must.What's in it for you?Personal and professional development in one of Europe's fastest-growing companies in a startup environment: we have opened 5 countries and doubled the number of employees.
