Redstone Commodity Search is working with a large multinational environmental trading company looking to hire a product manager/start-up specialist to join their team in Madrid to spearhead a new product offering.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for the marketing (including social media presence) of a brand-new carbon footprint offset product.
Build and manage a successful new brand helping companies reduce their carbon footprint, taking responsibility for the whole development life cycle, working with content creators and software developers to help perfect the user experience for clients and expand product offering as well as help drive business development.
Build the team whilst developing business strategy and operational procedure.
Represent the brand with internal and external stakeholders and help develop client portfolio.
Reports into the country manager.
Key Qualifications / Experience 5+ years of experience in leading in a digital product innovation environment, scaling a global product with a high focus on user experience.
Demonstrable experience implementing successful product development road maps and having complete responsibility for operational strategy.
Proven experience leading a team to success as well as successfully developing relationships with counter parties at an international level.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with great communication, as well as interpersonal and negotiating skills (in English and ideally another European language).
Role to be based in Madrid.
