Job Description In this role as a Head of Product of MSS Analytics and Business Intelligence, you'll be the ambassador for our product and the primary contact for queries relating to our MSS Analytics and BI product.
This role requires strong leadership skills alongside a deep understanding of the technical aspects of customer service tools and platforms.
MSS is responsible for Sportradar's All-In Sportsbetting Service; a world-leading sports betting portfolio, and one of the world's best betting and gaming platforms.
We work with worldwide leader operators, placing Sportradar SportsBetting service at the forefront of the gaming industry technology firms, providing enjoyment to millions of sports fans through our technology and services, doing "the source code of sport".
Our unit encompasses diverse teams and squads that ensure our infrastructure and platform's quality, availability, scalability, and security.
The infrastructure serves as the backbone for our customers and empowers our product teams to deliver top-tier platform services.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, in a role overseeing player account management or user authentication platforms.
1 year as Head of Product.
Industry: Industry experience is mandatory, igaming casino or sportsbook.
Technical proficiency: Strong skills in data analytics, different types of data architectures, and a deep understanding of data-related concepts, technologies, tools, and platforms as well as Software Development Life Cycle.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Player Focus: Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player needs and behaviors.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Working closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops a product that fits with its strategic goals.
Working collaboratively with all products (sports, casino, and PAM) to produce and manage the BI and Analytics product Roadmap.
Being the ambassador for the MSS product and the primary contact for queries relating to our product.
Managing a team of highly motivated and competent Product Owners to drive forward the product in the market.
Understanding and breaking down Product initiatives into requirements and Epics.
Understanding the business value behind feature requests and creating a suitable business case for Initiatives and Epics if needed.
Ensuring that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem-solving and trade-off analysis when necessary.
Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.
Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior, and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market-leading products.
