The Head of Primary will play a pivotal role in the strategic ongoing development of BISM as a member of the senior leadership team.

Can lead the planning and development of the Primary school and take charge of its day-to-day operations.
Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and leading successfully at Primary level.
Can foster a culture of high standards that aims to bring out the best in every member of the school.
Can ensure the Primary school is properly staffed with the highest possible calibre professionals.
Can successfully lead the Primary school through future inspections.
Has good interpersonal skills and can establish and sustain effective, positive working relationships with all staff, pupils, parents and the local community.
