We believe in the power of diversity, equity & inclusion in backgrounds, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and more.We are looking for a Head of Pre-Sales (Large Accounts)WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Understand client (Large Merchants) requirements and translate them into full product & operational requirements.Coordinate with integration leaders, product leaders, and IT leaders to develop/propose the best value proposition.Demonstrate negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals or supporting the closing of deals.Possess enough business acumen and knowledge to manage/lead market/commercial - product negotiations/conversations.Understanding and experience with banking and payments business models and product architectures as well as service/operational models.Experience in Bidding/RFx processes and/or End to End commercial processes (pre-sales; sales and post-sales).Experience in project set up and management for large accounts product/service implementation.Thorough oversight and management of post-signature of contract as well as service performance for customer success & retention.Leadership-based influence on distributed teams (Latam and Europe) for managing the support required throughout the whole pre-sales, sales, and post-sales/implementation cycle.WHO YOU ARE:Professional experience ca. 10-15 years
