Head of PR and Influencer Marketing (EN)Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainType: Full-timeResponsibilities:Develop and execute both corporate and consumer communications strategies and initiatives worldwide that will support factory14 and all the brands in the portfolio for reputation and general business objectives.Own all Press and Influencer relationships management.Own PR and Influencer Marketing Calendar in line with main marketing objectives and strategy for all brands.Create concept and pitch angles for press materials, press releases, and influencers.Work with Head of Social Media to ensure consistency of messaging as well as proactive engagement in relevant PR/Influencer activity.Develop relationships with on-brand content creator partners, influencers, ambassadors, and press engagement.Work closely with in-house marketing, digital, and social teams on campaign development.Create toolkits, assets, and best-in-class guidance to be shared for local markets to maximize brand exposure globally.Manage both in-house team and external agency, negotiating with agents and/or target influencers and press.Track, monitor, and analyze ROI for all activities.Co-create engaging brand campaigns with the Creative Team.Develop all Press Releases and Influencer mail-outs.Manage PR and Influencer marketing budget.Establish Influencer and Press coverage tracking tools.Lead, manage, and inspire team members.Requirements:7+ years of relevant experience, preferably successful startup or international PR agency experience.Your approach to PR and Influencer marketing is mainly performance marketing oriented.Experience in managing crises and complex high-profile issues.Deep media relationships in the USA and EU.Excellent language skills in English; other languages are a plus.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Flexible and responsive manner.Proven experience working at senior levels.Technological literacy.Ability to work independently whilst remaining team-minded.#J-18808-Ljbffr
