Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be an integral part of our leadership team. As the Head of People, you will serve as the strategic partner for senior leaders across the organization, offering expert strategic insights and leadership support. You will bring our People vision to life, implement people strategies, support business needs with excellence, and challenge the status quo. Your role is crucial in managing the People perspective for various teams and sub-departments. Long-term strategy and business objectives will guide your efforts. You will be responsible for building and scaling the most talented team ever, ensuring that our team is aligned with the company's goals and culture. Demonstrating resilience, you will navigate and overcome challenges in a dynamic startup environment.
