Description Qatium is a cloud based developer Startup, funded by Global Omnium, of digital water technology with roots in Valencia, Spain and a presence around the world. We are a product-led growth company working on the digital transformation of the water industry. What is Qatium? Qatium is a SaaS solution created to analyze water distribution networks and help operators optimize their network performance. The objective: make the best use of a scarce and vital resource, water. Up to 50% of clean water may get lost before it reaches the tap. Qatium's mission is to create tools that can help in making the management of water infrastructure more efficient. They are looking for a Head of People & Culture to help them shape, design and execute a developer-driven culture. Design and execute education & training plan. you will be the first HR executive in their team and you will make decisions that will have a significant impact on the culture, growth and long term success of Qatium. What will be your challenges? As a startup, the most important assets that they can offer to the employees is their mission and culture. Their mission has been clear from day zero. However, their culture is just emerging. In this role, you will be responsible for encouraging, growing and cultivating the foundational elements of their culture so that it becomes embedded into every element of what we do and who we are as a company. This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing them to build a unique and strong people-oriented culture at Qatium. Develop and monitor their people & talent acquisition strategies, systems, tactics and procedures. Build and execute their entire remote recruiting lifecycle. Plan, manage and execute our people welfare and employee experience strategies. What skills do I need? A combined 4+ years of experience in HR with specific experience into digital companies Experience in building employer brand. Good emotional intelligence. You must communicate in Spanish and English. Can maintain and shape our team culture and take care of all welfare activities and management. Knowledgeable in building and managing the full-cycle of remote & global recruiting efforts for top-notch talent. Digital and Tech knowledge & hiring experience related to IT profiles. Bonus skills & attributes **Requirements**: Experience in a fast-growing startup environment will be an advantage. Genuine enjoyment of technology and a good understanding of Startup culture.
