We help companies (big or small) deal with the complexities involved with hiring global teams remotely, by managing employee onboarding through to offboarding, including legal and compliance, payroll, expenses, and health and benefits.

What will you do? (The role) Define, own and execute the Partnership strategy within the GTM team. Lead a small team across EMEA and Americas, executing against the Partnership strategy you create alongside the Director, GTM. Activate and accelerate Partnerships through various means. Define and execute joint activity plans to achieve our goals. Target strategic Partners in new segments to help us launch new Products and propositions to international employment markets. Support and enable your team, guide them towards the most high impact Partnerships and activities to achieve our revenue goals and strategic outcomes. Run experiments with different Partners and Partner types to test new ways of driving growth. Work closely with our Marketing team to proactively manage our most successful Partners, creating joint activity and Marketing plans to help us reach out GTM goals. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops and Product to drive growth. What are you great at? (Previous experience) You understand people and how to communicate internally and externally. You know when to send an email and when to pick up the phone to drive an outcome. You're able to solve complex problems and you're constantly considering the wider implications of a particular approach on different stakeholders. You're commercially minded and you know how to prioritise collective efforts to generate revenue. You're the kind of person who... (Requirements) Is ambitious. You want to be at the forefront of the company's GTM strategy, leading the way on some of our most critical projects Is a critical thinker. You can analyse data quickly, cut through complexity and find answers rapidly. Builds trust. You're a natural people person and can quickly build close relationships with new contacts. Is commercially minded. You can quickly spot the initiatives that we need to invest in quickly and the initiatives that we need to kill. What would make you really stand out?
