.Help us bring people and businesses togetherOur SaaS platform enables multi-location brands and businesses to boost their online presence. From big to small, from Adidas to ZenPark, our client base contains some of your favourite brands as well, we bet.As the Head of Paid Services at Uberall, you will lead and drive the strategy, creation and delivery of our Paid Services for clients, that pairs with our core technology business. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing for physical stores, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a high-performing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Paid Services align with overall company objectives and deliver measurable results.Your responsibilities: You will manage and lead a team of high-performing Paid Service Managers to design, package, and own paid service products.You will work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of Uberall solutions.You will productize our current and future paid service offerings.You will drive cross-functional delivery of paid service offerings.You will work with your team and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities for selling paid service offerings to clients.You will work with our supporting teams to design and productize supporting services.You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions teams to scope opportunities.You will oversee business planning and forecasting for paid service products.You will manage a pipeline of opportunities for Paid Service products in partnership with Sales teams.Your profile: You have 3+ years of experience managing a team.You are a thought leader when it comes to solving client pain points with Services.You have experience in the digital marketing space, specifically working with physical location based businesses.You are curious and can effectively uncover client needs and growth opportunities.You have a high degree of communicative skills, sales talent, high-quality consulting skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking.You have experience developing new service offerings for clients.You are a team player and enjoy fostering collaborative relationships with other departments.You have outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.What we offer:A mission with meaning and purpose At Uberall, we foster genuine connections between local businesses and people.
