Then you might be ready to become part of the team that drives OrbitalAds sky-high - worldwide.Who are we?We're OrbitalAds - a diverse team of passionate problem-solvers, working hard to save money for all companies running digital advertisements through the power of our algorithms that we packaged into a cool product SaaS.Your main responsibilities will be:Lead Paid Search teamMaximize campaign and channel performance towards clear KPIs across Paid SearchMonitor and analyze critically competitor activities to inform our strategyPlan and execute launch of new products and campaigns through SearchBe accountable for budget forecasting and pacing.
Critically evaluate and propose budget changes to maximize outputWork closely with our Google and Microsoft representatives.

We already have 7 different nationalities, so far!Flexible Schedule to organize your own time under the natural constraints of business.Flexible compensation like transport, restaurant, and kindergarten tickets and after the first six months: health insurance.Required skills and experience:More than 2 years of experience managing SEM teamsMore than 3 years of experience managing client accounts.Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing with an impressive track recordPassion for online marketing.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing (SEM).Degree level qualification in Economics, Business, Finance, Math, Engineering is a plus.English Native.
Additional languages will be a plus.Experience with Google products (Adwords, GA, GTM...)Analytical mindset: You enjoy working with data and are comfortable with math and statistical analysis.Good communication skills and team player, able to work with an international team.Able to handle different projects and manage several accounts at the same time.Humble, hard-working, proactive and goal-oriented.Able to prioritize and meet weekly deadlines.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to talk and manage tasks with Product and Business teams.Flexible, open-minded, dynamic and fun.Experience in Agencies is a plusYou will also be a good fit if you are a team player with a strong "can do" attitude and you are willing to give your all to make this adventure a success!Why you might NOT enjoy this position:You want a highly-structured, predictable day-to-day.You prefer to be micromanaged; you act when asked and let others come up with ideas.Fast-paced environments make your head spin.
