The objective of Ericsson Consulting is to deliver engagements that generate value for our customers and enable greater value to Ericsson. We are looking for a highly experienced Operational Consulting Leader to lead the Orchestration & Automation Consulting Practice and to be part of the Global Consulting Leadership Team. For this position, we need a highly regarded leader with strong expertise in Telco Orchestration, Analytics & Automation. This includes a strong understanding of Orchestration and Automation from an Operational Perspective well supported by an understanding of underlying technologies (such as Cloud, SDN and NFV, etc.). In this role,
you are expected to bring in solid expertise and experience in the Operating Models - process, organizational, metrics and systems - as it relates to various aspects of:
5G Business Opportunities - e.g., operational impacts of Private Networks, Network Slicing, etc.5G Operations - e.g., NOC/SOC processes, Assurance, etc.5G Technologies - e.g., Orchestration technology evolution / roadmap.The Consulting Leader needs to be a:
Business leader with a strong impact on customers and senior executivesSales leader with a proven track record of engaging with clients, creating proposals and closing dealsStrategy leader with a strong view on leading telecom trends and Consulting value propositions / offersPortfolio leader with capability to identify, craft, sell and deliver Consulting propositionsTeam leader who has a proven track record of growing teams and managing senior Orchestration & Automation professionals; additionally, being able to collaborate with peer Consulting leaders worldwide will be neededYou will be working with CxO at Ericsson customers - leading Telcos, and Enterprises - chalking out the Operating Models and operational impact roadmaps. These engagements will require you to be perceived by clients and colleagues as highly dependable and domain credible. You will also be working with senior sales leaders at Ericsson sales units to understand the key pain points of Ericsson Sales Leaders and position Consulting engagements to CSPs and Enterprises in a way that enables greater value for Ericsson. To enable differentiated value propositions, you will collaborate with Ericsson colleagues from different business functions - Enterprise, Core, Networks, etc. - to create cross-functional and differentiated value propositions. You will develop innovative consulting value propositions to customers, develop consulting opportunities, craft solutions for customers and contribute to the delivery of consulting workstreams.
This means that you will drive customer engagements from lead generation to project delivery, while leading an experienced team of global consultants in the Orchestration & Automation Transformation domain. The role is Global and you will travel internationally based on customer demand.
